Central Highlands Amateur Radio Club Inc. Repeater Linking System
Repeater Linking System
The Central Highlands Repeater Linking System is driven by a Central Hub, which extends out to remote repeater sites using RF Links. ROIP links are also in place to further the coverage, where RF is not suitable. This is a vast linking System, and probably one of the largest in Australia. Most of the System is accessible on 2 Metre Repeaters, but also some 70cm Repeaters are used in the System. To ensure successful use, a 91.5 Hz CTCSS tone is required at most sites. IRLP Node 6037 & Echolink 457011 are also available for use on the System.
